SOULFAST Manufacturer Guide

What should you know before ordering a SOULFAST Soul Low?

Confirm the exact Soul Low or Soul Low Pro configuration, fit, current components, and support arrangements before ordering. SOULFAST’s bike-specific policy says electric-bike sales are final, with a defect-remedy process rather than a general trial. Do not rely on the separate page explicitly labeled as a sample refund policy.

A step-through cruiser may address the riding style you want.

The purchase still needs a clear answer about fit, service, and what happens if the configuration does not work for you.

I haven’t personally tested these bikes.

Which SOULFAST models are included?

The selected coverage is Soul Low and Soul Low Pro. The shared page describes the standard model as a 24-inch step-through with a 500W nominal motor and 750W peak output, while promoting the Pro separately with higher output and hydraulic brakes. Those descriptions should not be merged.

SubjectWhat to verify
Soul LowExact frame, standard motor, mechanical brakes, battery, and supplied equipment
Soul Low ProCurrent Pro-specific motor, brakes, geometry, weight, and battery
Different colors or runsWhether components differ from the displayed examples

The page expressly says components and colors can vary with availability. Obtain a configuration-specific order description.

What fit information is useful?

The page lists upright positioning and a low-step frame, but its geometry table includes inconsistent labels and a heading referring to another model. Use it to identify questions rather than treating every dimension as a confirmed Soul Low measurement.

Ask for:

  • Current geometry diagram.
  • Standover measurement and measurement point.
  • Minimum and maximum saddle settings.
  • Handlebar adjustment limits.
  • Exact model and wheel size.

A low opening does not settle reach or riding position.

If no test ride is available, the final-sale conditions make unresolved fit especially important.

What can you establish about weight and battery?

The shared page lists 64 lb total weight and 6.9 lb battery weight alongside a 48V 14Ah battery description. Because the same area contains another model’s heading and the page includes Pro material, confirm which configuration those weights describe before using them for transport planning.

I will not assign the figures to Soul Low Pro or calculate a verified transport weight from an uncertain configuration.

The site lists replacement batteries and battery-related parts, but those listings do not establish compatibility with every model year. Match the exact battery identifier before ordering.

What does the range claim establish?

The page advertises 60+ miles near the top but lists an estimated 30 to 50+ miles in the specification section. Those figures do not provide a consistent, documented personal-range estimate. The bike-specific policy explicitly says range is an estimate influenced by conditions.

For the buying decision, use relevant independent testing if available and compare it with your route.

Do not average the claims.

What warranty does SOULFAST publish?

The bike-specific policy describes lifetime aluminum-frame coverage for the original owner, one year for listed components, and 18 months for manufacturing defects in the battery. The product page also describes 18 months for the motor, but the detailed policy includes the motor in its one-year list.

ItemSupported summary
Aluminum frameLifetime manufacturing-defect coverage for original owner
Listed componentsOne year in the detailed policy
BatteryEighteen months for covered manufacturing defects
MotorProduct-page and detailed-policy periods differ
Second ownerExcluded by the detailed policy

The detailed policy also says claims are processed within one year, despite its longer battery and frame provisions. Obtain written confirmation for those longer-period claims.

Who pays for service?

SOULFAST says it supplies qualifying replacement parts but does not pay third-party service or part-replacement costs without advance agreement. It also says it does not pay return shipping for damaged or defective products or components.

Before ordering, establish:

  • Who can inspect and assemble the bike.
  • Who diagnoses electrical faults.
  • Which work requires authorization.
  • Where the bike or component goes.
  • Who pays each charge.

A prepaid label mentioned elsewhere in the return process does not necessarily mean shipping is free to you.

Is there a 30-day trial?

No general bike trial is established by the bike-specific policy. It says electric-bike sales are final and describes possible returns for manufacturer defects after attempts to remedy them. That is different from returning a bike because the fit, comfort, or intended use is unsuitable.

The separate generic refund page begins “This is a sample page” and contains unfilled contact/address placeholders. Its 30-day language is not used here as a purchase benefit.

That removes a misleading source from the comparison rather than leaving two policies for the reader to interpret equally.

What does a defect return require?

The bike-specific page requires prior authorization, original packaging and contents, like-new condition, and fewer than ten miles. It says ordinary warranty issues must first go through product support. Professional boxing may be required, and poor packaging can create customer liability for return damage.

This is not permission to ride ten miles and return for any reason.

The policy also excludes sale-item returns. Confirm how the seller will handle an eligible defect remedy for the exact discounted order rather than assuming either unlimited returns or no rights at all.

What should you do at delivery?

Inspect immediately, document the package and any damage, and retain packaging. SOULFAST requires shipping-damage reports within ten days and asks for dated photographs and notation of damage on the delivery paperwork.

If a component differs from the agreed configuration, document it before beginning assembly.

Do not ride an unresolved safety issue merely to see whether it becomes noticeable.

PNW reality check

Rain

Battery water damage and other water-related failures are excluded in the policy. Follow the current manual and storage requirements.

Hills

A maximum-range statement and motor label do not establish local climbing performance.

Storage

Confirm the exact dimensions, especially if the shared page’s geometry is central to the purchase.

Service

Identify a practical local provider rather than assuming support based in another state supplies local labor.

Frequently asked questions

Is Soul Low the same as Soul Low Pro?

No. The page distinguishes the Pro’s motor and brake arrangement. Request the complete specification for the selected version.

Does the sample refund page create a dependable trial?

No. It explicitly identifies itself as a sample and contains unfinished placeholders. The bike-specific page is the relevant source used here.

Does a lifetime frame warranty transfer?

The policy limits it to the original owner.

Are all advertised components guaranteed unchanged?

The page says components may vary. Obtain a written description if a particular part matters to the decision.

What should you settle first?

Fit, exact configuration, assembly, local service, and acceptance of the manufacturer’s stated final-sale arrangement.

This is the research I found. It's your decision.
