Juiced Bikes Manufacturer Guide

What should you know before ordering a Juiced Scrambler?

Choose the exact Scrambler configuration and establish fit before ordering. Juiced offers hardtail, full-suspension, and hardtail dual-battery versions, but its current refund policy makes sales final once tracking shows “Out for Delivery.” Covered parts generally receive three years of warranty; the original battery receives one year.

That return condition matters more than a reassuring warranty banner.

A warranty addresses eligible defects. It is not a substitute for being able to return a bike that does not fit your body, storage, or intended ride.

I haven’t personally tested these bikes.

Which Scrambler versions are included?

The selected coverage includes Scrambler Hardtail, Scrambler Full-Suspension, and the Hardtail Dual-Battery configuration. Juiced’s product page says the dual-battery option is available on the hardtail model. Do not assign that arrangement to the full-suspension version without confirmation.

ConfigurationManufacturer-listed distinction
HardtailFront suspension; listed weight of 83 lb
Full-SuspensionFront and rear suspension; listed weight of 85 lb
Hardtail Dual-BatterySeparate battery configuration requiring its own complete weight and equipment check

The page lists different payloads: 300 lb for HT and 225 lb for FS. Those figures should remain attached to their configurations rather than becoming one Scrambler capacity.

How should you assess fit and handling?

Juiced lists a 31.5-inch seat height and a broad recommended rider-height range. Those are starting points, not proof of comfortable mounting, pedaling, control access, or stopping. The listed 83–85 lb weights also deserve attention before planning vehicle transport.

Ask for:

  • The geometry of the selected configuration.
  • Seat-adjustment information.
  • Battery weight and removal instructions.
  • Ready-to-ride weight, including supplied equipment.
  • A suitable test-ride opportunity, where available.

The page describes a single-speed drivetrain. Whether that works for your intended pedaling is a separate question from whether the motor provides assistance.

What does the battery and range information establish?

For the single-battery configuration, Juiced lists 52V, 19.2Ah, and approximately 998Wh, with a maximum-range claim of 60 miles. The page acknowledges that load, terrain, weather, and other conditions affect range. It does not establish a personal range guarantee.

A dual-battery review needs separate information about total energy, operation, charging, weight, and mounting.

Do not double a single-battery mileage claim and present the result as tested range.

Does the three-year warranty include the battery?

No. The detailed warranty gives eligible covered parts three years from original delivery but explicitly limits the originally supplied battery to one year. Wear items and accessories are excluded, as are specified causes of damage and labor related to disassembly or installation of replacements.

The warranty identifies Lectric eBikes LLC doing business as Juiced Bikes as the warrantor. That identifies the party named in the current document; it does not establish coverage for every older Juiced product.

Can a subsequent owner receive warranty coverage?

The current warranty expressly refers to current and previous owners of a covered bike. A subsequent owner may need purchase or ownership evidence, and the coverage period still begins with the original delivery date. A transfer does not create a fresh three-year period.

For a used purchase, confirm that the specific bike falls within this warranty.

A familiar brand name alone is not enough.

Can you return the bike after delivery?

The current dedicated refund policy says no cancellation, return, exchange, or refund is available once tracking shows “Out for Delivery” or the package has been delivered. It describes a separate process for severely defective or extremely damaged arrivals. This is not a general post-delivery trial.

The published cancellation stages are:

Order stageStated treatment
Before shipment-confirmation emailFull refund
Shipped but not yet out for deliveryInterception may be arranged; \$300 reroute/restocking deduction
Out for delivery or deliveredSale described as final

The product FAQ gives a less complete cancellation summary. For purchase planning, use the dedicated policy’s explicit stages rather than treating the FAQ as permission for a later return.

These are the company’s stated conditions, not a complete assessment of applicable consumer rights.

What service support can you establish?

Juiced provides a service-partner locator and a support contact. Confirm the actual provider, exact model, and accepted work before relying on local support. A locator page is not a reservation or a promise that every listed provider handles every electrical repair.

The warranty may require photos, video, documentation, or shipment for inspection. It describes company-paid shipping for specified authorized warranty steps. It does not remove the need to arrange installation and other excluded labor.

PNW reality check

Rain

The warranty excludes water or water-vapor damage, including rust, and damage from excessive environmental exposure. Follow the exact manual rather than infer unrestricted wet-weather suitability.

Hills

Keep the maximum-range claim separate from a relevant hill test.

Storage and lifting

Confirm the complete configuration and battery-removed weight. Do not assume the dual-battery version shares the single-battery figure.

Purchase risk

Resolve fit before ordering. The final-sale provision makes an unsuitable fit especially consequential.

Frequently asked questions

Is Scrambler Full-Suspension approved for the same payload as HT?

The page lists 225 lb for FS and 300 lb for HT. Use the configuration-specific limit and instructions.

Does the battery have three years of coverage?

No. The detailed warranty states one year for the original battery.

Is a manufacturer-hosted review score a reliability measurement?

No. The displayed score and visible reports can identify questions, but they do not establish a failure rate or long-term durability.

Can a speed-lock setting prove local access?

No. A manufacturer’s classification or setting claim does not independently settle the rules for your jurisdiction or route.

What should you establish before ordering?

Fit, handling, service, the exact battery configuration, and your acceptance of the published final-sale conditions.

This is the research I found. It's your decision.
